Advanced materials
Photon etc.’s hyperspectral imaging platforms, tunable laser sources, and infrared cameras are playing a key role in the development of the next generation of advanced materials. Our technology is currently being used to improve the fabrication methods of new photovoltaic technologies, identify defects and stress in semiconductors, and study inhomogeneities in low-dimensional materials. The flexibility and customizability of Photon etc’s systems make them ideal tools for in-depth characterization of state-of-the-art materials.
